CHILDREN IN SALON POLICY

At Covet Beauty, we've made the decision to transition into a child-free salon, except when children are receiving treatments accompanied by an adult or guardian. This decision is primarily driven by insurance and health & safety considerations, and we appreciate your understanding.

There are several factors influencing this decision:

  1. Chemical hazards: The presence of potentially toxic chemicals in and around the salon poses a risk to children if they were to come into contact with them accidentally.

  2. Hot wax safety: Hot wax treatments carry a risk of burns or adverse reactions, which could be particularly concerning for children.

  3. Supervision limitations: We are unable to take responsibility for supervising children, especially during treatments that require clients to keep their eyes closed.

  4. Insurance coverage: Our insurance policy does not extend to cover children who are not receiving treatments in the salon.

  5. Comfort of all clients: We strive to create a relaxing environment for all our clients, and some may prefer not to have children present during their visit.
